Our farms are located in the region of Guanajuato, in areas such as Irapuato, Aguascalientes and Michocan, while our processing is done in Leon. Less than 12 hours from the USA border, we are strategically located in the perfect area of central Mexico which can provide a year round source of supply.

The rich fertile soils and lands located in these regions are historically known for growing Jalapenos, Serrano’s two of Mexico favorite crops, along side celery, broccoli and carrots. The weather lends itself to perfect conditions, we are also more interior so protected from major storms, however mother nature still rules, we employ a variety of ecological best practices to grow the most nutritious vegetables.
